716 Claiborne-Basin St Renovation

NFT completed the historic renovation of this blighted building at the corner of Claiborne in Basin in 9 months. NFT successfully brought this building back to its former glory in the form of a mixed use building with 2500 SF of 2nd floor residential component and 2500 SF of commercial space on the first floor.
