Ryan Noland—Principal
Ryan was born in Baton Rouge and raised in Denham Springs, and went on to study Construction Management at LSU. In 2007, after completing his internship with Moss and Associates in Ft. Lauderdale while attending LSU, Ryan moved to Panama City Beach to complete construction on the Bay County Annex Correctional Facility as a project engineer. From there, he moved to New Orleans, where he went on to manage projects in the Greater New Orleans area ranging from Correctional Facilities, The WWII Museum 4th phase in New Orleans, LB Landry High School, Hahnville High School, and several Corp of Engineer Projects.
In 2015 Ryan partnered with Tom and Nauman to form NFT Group, LLC. Ryan is responsible for overseeing all operations of NFT Group.
Nauman S. Thomas Jr.—Principal
Nauman was born in New Orleans and raised in Mandeville, Louisiana. In 2007, with a clear vision of a future in construction, he moved back to New Orleans after receiving a BS in Construction Management and Minor in Business from Louisiana State University. He accepted a project management position with the New Orleans-based commercial construction firm he had interned with while attending LSU. There he spent the next 9 years managing over $260 million in projects from both the public and private sectors. These projects ranged from historic, healthcare, hospitality, education, institutional, industrial, and tenant improvement renovations and ground-up construction.
In 2015 Nauman partnered up with Ryan and Tom to form NFT Group, LLC. Nauman is responsible for all aspects of construction for multiple projects including owner and architect relations, scheduling, field operations, quality control, and all other project operations responsibilities. Nauman’s passion for building and attention to detail shows in every NFT project.
Thomas Fahl—Principal
Tom studied at The University of Miami, then moved to New Orleans to work in finance in the Construction Division at the Army Corp of Engineers. There he spent the next 5 years managing over $2 Billion in State and Federal contracts, tracking commitments and obligations, coordinating labor and payroll, and creating monthly, quarterly and annual reports. At NFT, he is responsible for all accounting activities, payroll, HR, financial statements and reports.
